UK CONSUMER RIGHTS & CANCELLATION

  • You have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  • For most online alcohol purchases, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after delivery. Notify us within 14 days if you wish to cancel; you then have another 14 days to return the goods.

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

  • Refunds cover the product price (and standard delivery cost, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return.


Exceptions (non-returnable)

Your right to cancel may not apply to:

  • Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

  • Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.
    (Any such exceptions are shown on the product page.)


Returns

  • Returned alcohol must be unopened, sealed, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Email info@cocuyambassadors.com to start a return; we’ll confirm the process and provide instructions.

  • Do not send items without prior authorisation.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the bottles are damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact info@cocuyambassadors.com.



Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact info@cocuyambassadors.com first to arrange this.
