Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses and most offshore UK locations.
If you’re based outside the UK, please contact us at info@cocuyambassadors.com to check whether international delivery is available.
Delivery Services
We offer free, tracked UK delivery on all orders.
Orders are usually dispatched within one working day of payment and should arrive within two business days after dispatch.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after midday on a Friday will be processed the next working day.
Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, adverse weather, or carrier disruptions — but we’ll always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress. Tracking information may take a few hours to update after dispatch.
Age Verification on Delivery
For alcohol deliveries, an 18+ signature or valid photo ID is required. Couriers may refuse delivery if suitable ID cannot be provided, the parcel will be returned to us. We may charge a redelivery fee or deduct return costs from your refund.
Missed Deliveries
If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a card or message with instructions for redelivery or collection.
If the parcel is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, we can arrange re-delivery (charges may apply) or issue a refund for unopened items, minus reasonable outbound and return costs.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cocuyambassadors.com.
Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and details of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

International Deliveries
At present, international delivery is limited. If you’re outside the UK, please email info@cocuyambassadors.com and we’ll confirm if we can deliver to your country and advise on any duties or taxes that may apply.

Delivery FAQs
Do you deliver on weekends?
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Weekend delivery isn’t currently available, but orders placed on Friday afternoons are dispatched the following working day.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Scottish Highlands?
Yes. We offer free delivery across the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and the Channel Islands. Some remote areas may take an extra working day to arrive.
Can I choose a specific delivery day or time?
At this time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or named-day slots. However, tracking information will allow you to monitor your parcel’s progress once dispatched.
Do you require ID upon delivery?
Yes. For alcohol deliveries, an 18+ signature or valid photo ID is required. Couriers may refuse delivery if suitable ID cannot be provided.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
Delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier issues, or extreme weather. We’ll monitor your shipment and assist you in resolving any delays as quickly as possible.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to age-verification and carrier restrictions for alcohol shipments.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at info@cocuyambassadors.com. Once it has shipped, we can’t guarantee that the carrier will accept address changes.
